Before submitting a document to the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan for legalization, please make sure that it is legalized by the following bodies:
- Notarizing before a notary public. Document must be certified as true document.
- Certifying at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea
- A photocopy of this document must be provided to the Embassy.
In connection with 8the entry into force of the Hague Convention abolishing the requirement of legalization for foreign public documents of October 5, 1961, for the Republic of Uzbekistan, from April 15, 2012 certification of documents legalized (apostilled) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Seoul is not required.
The procedure of legalization of documents issued in Austria, Belgium, Germany and Greece, remains the same.
